Oyasis provides digital marketing services including short-form video production, talent management for brand shoots, and advertisement creation. We connect actors and models with brands for paid video collaboration opportunities.

By submitting a talent application through our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You grant Oyasis permission to review your submitted media and contact details for the purpose of evaluating your suitability for brand shoots. Submission does not guarantee selection.

All payment terms for talent are agreed upon individually per project. Compensation is typically paid per completed video or per shoot day. Oyasis reserves the right to determine final compensation based on project scope, brand requirements, and talent experience.

All video content produced by Oyasis remains the intellectual property of Oyasis or the respective brand client, as specified in individual project agreements. Talent grants Oyasis and associated brands the right to use their likeness in produced content for promotional and advertising purposes.

All content produced through Oyasis must comply with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and community standards. We do not produce content that is misleading, harmful, defamatory, or in violation of advertising regulations.

Oyasis reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent applications, or inappropriate conduct.

Oyasis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Oyasis for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Oyasis may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
